Job Description:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience in infrastructure/systems environments performing systems planning, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization
  • Proven experience developing strategic system architecture plans
  • Extensive experience in system and network creation and development;
  • Fundamental understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
  • Proven experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving system problems; and
  • Familiarity and expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure architecture, administration, and security.
  • Experience with Connect, uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system
  • Knowledge of Operating systems (Microsoft or Linux);
  • Relational database experience with oracle, or SQL Server;
  • Understanding of N-Tier Architecture;
  • Experience with large infrastructure systems;
  • Understanding of Agile Development Methodology;
  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or later;
  • Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps;
  • SAP Crystal Reports;
  • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web services);
  • IBM FileNet and OnBase; and
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools and automation platforms.
