We're looking for a Systems & Automation Engineer to build the technology that helps us keep growing, writing the automations, integrations, and custom tools our teams use every day while keeping our office and devices running smoothly.Role OverviewOur goal is to grow from 1,500 units to 10,000 without adding headcount at the same rate, and this seat is a big part of how we get there. About 85% of your time will be spent building custom web applications, Podio workflows, SQL data pipelines, API integrations, and Python or JavaScript automations that take manual work off our maintenance, property management, leasing, and accounting teams. The other 15% is hands on local IT, setting up computers and phones, managing user access across our business systems, and keeping the office running. You'll work every day with our Senior Operations Analyst, who defines what the business needs, while you own how it gets built, with priorities set directly with our CEO.
