JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Overview: Create help guides/templates on a variety of system administration topics, which may include cybersecurity, cyber compliance, cyber vulnerability audits relating to Test Equipment.
Position Overview: TESA is seeking a highly capable Cyber/Systems Engineer with strong experience in IT systems administration, requirements development, and technical writing. This candidate should have a high level understanding of systems engineering.
Key deliverables for this role:
Help guides/templates about cybersecurity topics.
Conduct peer reviews about the help guides/templates the candidate is working on.
Write system requirements, along with cyber requirements.
Document the verification methods for the requirements.
What does success look like for this role?
Successful approval of the help guides/templates through the Raytheon Change Control Board (CCB).

Need someone who will work and knows how to write effectively and coherently. Do not need someone who uses AI tools to write all of their documents for them.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Research cybersecurity topics and Raytheon processes
Write help guides/templates
Prepare for peer reviews
Making updates to documents
Writing requirements and their verification methods
Tools / Technologies Required:
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Years of Experience Required: 3 years

Education Required:
Bachelors degree in Cyber, IT, or Systems Engineering
