This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

  • 108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.
  • 108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and/or C# and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single responsibility and highest application security standards
  • 96 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
  • 96 Months Experience creating and reading formal Technical documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements
  • 84 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
  • 36 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0
  • 36 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later or GitLab, for development activities and code repositories
  • 36 Months Experience designing & implementing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
