Overview We are looking for a Systems Developer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.Responsibilities Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputsEvaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performanceQualifications Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and the ability to explain how your solution solves problemsFluency in English (native or bilingual level) and detail-orientedExperience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflowsA current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredBenefits This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE positionYou can choose which projects you want to work onYou can work on your own scheduleProjects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume workNotes Payment is made via PayPal.
