• 5–7 years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or autonomous system integration
• Proven experience supporting software and hardware development teams within complex engineering programs
• Experience collaborating with systems integration and validation teams in a product development environment
• Ability to decompose complex customer requirements into technical system requirements and functional architectures
• Strong communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting production products through development, implementation, rollout, and support phases
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the construction, mining, heavy equipment, or autonomous vehicle industries
• Knowledge of autonomous systems, machine automation platforms, or centralized control system architectures
• Familiarity with wheel loaders, excavators, tracked loaders, hydraulic mining shovels, or similar equipment platforms
• Experience supporting embedded electronic systems, machine controls, or vision-based systems
• Background working with autonomous integration, validation, or command/control system environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with experience balancing technical tradeoffs between time, quality, and resources
Why This Role?
