Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop and implement reliability engineering programs to meet customer requirements.
Perform reliability predictions, failure analysis, and FMEA to identify risks and improve system performance.
Develop and maintain FRACAS databases and participate in Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings.
Support engineering teams by providing reliability recommendations and design improvement guidance.
Define environmental test profiles, objectives, and success criteria.
Support proposal activities, subcontractor evaluations, and design reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
Requirements:
Ability to Obtain Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field.
9+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with:
RM&SH engineering principles
FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis & Corrective Action System)
Failure analysis and reliability investigations
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Reliability testing
Systems Engineering V-Model
Systems requirements & verification
2+ years of RM&SH experience
Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
