Purpose and Impact This team of engineers focuses on providing geolocation solutions directly to decision makers and warfighters around the world. They engage with leadership, mission partners, and solution providers to align requirements, resources, and solutions to enhance the Global Geolocation Infrastructure. Information and tools provided by this team are leveraged by the Intelligence Community and forward deployed military assets to assess and affect the operational environment. The role involves navigating organizational constructions, facilitating collaboration, maintaining partnerships, developing communication tools, and managing the implementation of ideas from inception to deployment.Work Schedule Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:00.Essential Responsibilities Create and edit technical documentation such as user guides, system diagrams, and other related materials.Create and deliver scheduled milestones to the PMO and government.Work closely with customers, product users, and product owners to understand mission needs, define requirements, and create use cases.Participate actively in sprint planning sessions to decompose Epics into User Stories and work directly with development teams to identify specific tasks.Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to understand system and functional requirements and transition them into user stories, assisting in decomposition as necessary.Experience performing systems engineering in the design of complex architectures.Effective communication with software developers, system engineers, PMO staff, and external contract stakeholders.Experience briefing contract, product, project, and program status to stakeholders.Software Tools Jira/ConfluenceMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Clearance Required: TS/SCI with polygraph.Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline. Five years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Minimum Years of Experience: Fourteen years of SE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Five additional years may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Other Responsibilities Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, complete all training requirements, and participate in emergency response tasks and safety committees.Quality: Conform to the Quality Policy and perform job activities in compliance with applicable quality and customer satisfaction requirements.Procedure Compliance: Understand and implement general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements for the role.Compensation Details Base salary $201,000 – $222,000.
