We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you'll do:Design, deploy, and maintain a secure high availability cloud infrastructureDesign, deploy, and manage containers and orchestration technologiesDesign and implement AWS security policies and best practicesDesign and implement observability infrastructure including logging, traceability, alarms, and billing alertsSupport AWS cost management and optimizationCollaborate with DevOps to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and applicationsDeploy and manage Windows and/or Linux servers on‑prem and in the cloudBuild, support and troubleshoot IIS, AWS services, Tomcat or Apache web serversProvide application support, patch management, performance tuning and monitoring for our SaaS productsMonitor systems, review logs and manage system backupsOwn your system and application documentation for process improvementParticipate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation with some off‑hour and weekend supportLead cross‑layer incident investigation — trace production issues across WAF, load balancer, application, and database tiers to identify root causeWhat you'll bring:ABachelor'sdegree or equivalent combination of education and experience; IT Certification desired5+years of web server experience, including production troubleshooting2+yearsAWSexperience with administration, configuration, performancetuningand troubleshootingExperience hosting a SaaS applicationStrong understanding of AWS networking technologies and AWS SecurityStrong understanding of CloudFormation and TerraformHands‑on experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems including troubleshooting all aspects of the server operating environmentStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Basic understanding of LAN/WAN network architecture, TCP/IP, protocols, and best practicesThe ability to learn new systems and technologies quicklyAbility to coordinate projects and work assignments with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesSelf‑motivated with outstanding organization skills and attention to detailCulture Agility.
