Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
Individuals will support the system integration of the Smart Work Tool with the SSL/CTL machine. This will allow the individual to get an in-depth understanding of the electronics used on both the machine and work tool. This knowledge allows the individual to assist in verification testing as well as documentation.
Typical task breakdown:- Document test procedure.
- Execute test procedure either by working with individuals on a Hardware in the Loop tester (HIL), testing the features on a test bench, or testing the features on a machine.
- Document test results
- Document feature as part of a System Requirements document.
- Interaction with team:
- Individuals must work with various team members on the software features, work with the product group on documenting the features, and work with facilities on any machine testing required.
Education & Experience Required:- Years of experience: 10+
- Degree requirement: Computer or Electrical Engineering
Top 3 Skills:- Demonstrated Electronics Systems knowledge
- Demonstrated CAN J1939 knowledge
- Demonstrated documentation and troubleshooting skills
Soft Skills:- Individuals must be capable of juggling multiple projects at the same time and have a strong visual design sense.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $61.00 - $62.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
