Auria is looking to hire a Specialized Systems Engineer to support the MOSSAIC contract. This role is ONSITE in Schriever SFB - 720 Irwin Ave. in Colorado Springs.
Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) comprises of ground-based Space Domain Awareness (SDA) sensors, SDA Command and Control (C2) systems, and Space Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) capabilities in the Space System Command (SSC) Ground-based Space Surveillance program Portfolio.
Auria supports the National Space Defense Center (NSDC) in Knowledge Management, Training, and Mod/SIM. Our team travels to multiple sites around the world working with Allies through Exercises and Simulations.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ associate''s degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $110,000 - $128,000
