OverviewWiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Systems Engineer, Consulting to support Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal clients in the development, integration, modernization, and sustainment of mission-critical systems and technologies.The Systems Engineer will support the full systems engineering lifecycle including requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, validation, operational support, and technical analysis for complex defense and intelligence programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering and mission teams.This position may support hybrid, onsite, or customer-location environments depending on program requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupport systems engineering activities throughout the system lifecycle including concept development, design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainmentAnalyze operational requirements and translate mission needs into technical solutions and system specificationsDevelop system architectures, interface definitions, engineering documentation, and technical analysesPerform requirements management, traceability analysis, and verification and validation activitiesSupport integration of hardware, software, network, cloud, and cybersecurity capabilities into enterprise and mission systemsConduct systems analysis, trade studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluationsAssist with systems integration, interoperability testing, and operational readiness assessmentsCollaborate with engineers, analysts, developers, and government stakeholders to support mission execution and technology modernization initiativesSupport Agile, DevSecOps, and digital engineering efforts across mission programsParticipate in configuration management, change management, and systems documentation activitiesProvide technical support for cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, data integration, and cybersecurity compliance effortsSupport development of technical briefings, implementation plans, and executive-level reportsAssist with proposal development, technical solutioning, and capture support activities as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related technical discipline5+ years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD, IC, or Federal programsExperience supporting systems engineering lifecycle processes and methodologiesKnowledge of systems integration, requirements analysis, testing, and verification methodologiesFamiliarity with enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity principlesExperience supporting technical documentation, systems analysis, and engineering reviewsUnderstanding of Agile development, DevSecOps, or digital engineering conceptsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in mission-focused environmentsActive Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferredDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in a related technical disciplineExperience supporting defense, intelligence, aerospace, cyber, ISR, or mission systems programsFamiliarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and toolsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformKnowledge of RMF, NIST cybersecurity standards, and secure systems engineering principlesExperience supporting software development, data engineering, or infrastructure modernization initiativesRelevant certifications such as:INCOSE ASEP/CSEP/ESEPSecurity+AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions ArchitectSAFe AgilistCISSPExperience supporting proposal efforts, technical capture, or business development initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
