We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer (SE-2) to serve as a Technical Task Order (TTO) Lead supporting mission‑critical systems for national security customers. This role operates within the Processing & Analytic Capabilities organization , contributing to the development, testing, and sustainment of advanced analytic solutions that directly support operational mission needs.The selected candidate will lead and collaborate with a small, high‑performing team of software engineers , ensuring successful system engineering practices across the full system lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of systems engineering documentation, including:System Engineering Plans (SEP)Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD)Requirements SpecificationsInterface Control Documents (ICD)Manage system and derived requirements to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with defined architectures such as:Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA)Assist in developing and allocating:System requirementsFunctional requirementsHardware, software, personnel, and facility componentsCoordinate resolution of cross‑functional action items from:Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetingsDesign, program, and test reviewsParticipate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to design and deliver new capabilities based on operational and development considerationsSupport interface definition, system configuration changes, and lifecycle coordination across stakeholdersAllocate real‑time processing and error budgets across system and subsystem componentsAnalyze stakeholder needs and derive functional requirements to ensure mission effectivenessDevelop and refine lower‑level requirements ensuring they are:Complete, correct, unambiguous, verifiable, and realizableGenerate and evaluate alternative system concepts, architectures, and design solutionsSupport system baseline definition and approval, including requirements, interfaces, designs, and test proceduresDefine verification approaches, evaluation criteria, and test plans to validate system performanceDevelop system design solutions that align with functional and technical requirementsImplement and derive requirements for Information Assurance (IA), including:Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Non‑repudiationSecurity mechanisms such as authentication, access control, cryptography, and key managementReview and provide input to:Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)Work packagesIntegrated Master Plans (IMP)Required QualificationsExperience:Fourteen (14) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityEducation:Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or related discipline):Computer ScienceInformation SystemsSubstitution: Five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a degreePreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programsFamiliarity with system lifecycle processes, requirements management, and architecture frameworksStrong leadership and coordination skills in cross‑functional environmentsExperience working in mission‑driven, operational support environmentsOn‑site position at NSA GeorgiaCollaborative, mission‑focused team environment supporting national security objectives#J-18808-Ljbffr
