    Description

    Job Title: Systems Engineer III (SE3)
    Location: Laurel, MD
    Required Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
    Salary: Negotiable

    Overview:
    The SE3 supports cybersecurity compliance, continuous monitoring, and risk reduction for in-scope systems. This role works across internal organizations and service providers to address security requirements, support Cyber Task Orders, and provide security-relevant information to senior leadership.

    Responsibilities
    • Support the Client’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities.
    • Monitor in-scope systems for compliance with continuous monitoring requirements, including Secure the Enterprise, Health and Status, and vulnerability scanning.
    • Maintain awareness of internal, external, security, and IT policies.
    • Coordinate with internal organizations to identify and reduce risk.
    • Support quick-turn responses on Cyber Task Orders, including applicability and migration strategy efforts.
    • Provide security-relevant information to senior leadership.
    Qualifications
    • Familiarity with RMF and cybersecurity compliance activities.
    • Understanding of continuous monitoring and vulnerability management processes.
    • Knowledge of security and IT policy requirements.
    • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage changing priorities and respond quickly to emerging requirements.
    • Ability to communicate security status, risks, and relevant updates to leadership.
