Proton Technologies, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with strong server, hybrid cloud, and networking experience. This role will support both escalated service requests (Level 2‑3) and assist our Cloud Migration and Projects teams with Azure environment work, hybrid domain configurations, and infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will confidently navigate Azure AD / Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud migration workflows in a fast‑paced MSP environment.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize, work, and resolve Level 2–3 tickets in the Engineering Ticket QueueServe as an escalation point for complex server, cloud, and network‑related issuesSupport cloud migration efforts, including Azure AD/Entra ID configurations, hybrid domain join environments, and server‑to‑cloud transitionsTroubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and related servicesConfigure, deploy, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, access points, VPNs, VLANs, and routingEvaluate customer systems and networks to identify performance bottlenecks and lead remediation effortsParticipate in the planning and deployment of new infrastructure, including servers, cloud resources, and network hardwareEnsure high availability and reliability of client network and system resourcesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of industry experience with at least 2 years in an MSP environmentSeasoned in Exchange Management, Server Management, Service Migrations, and Virtual MachinesStrong knowledge of Active Directory, replication, DNS, Group Policy, and IIS servicesProficient with firewall management, routing, security policies, NAT translation, port forwarding, VPN management, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, diagnostics, and loggingExperience with Cisco networking: routing protocols and CLIExperience managing/setup of Microsoft 365 and GSuiteFamiliarity with Microsoft Server products and Microsoft Exchange ServerComfortable with VoIP applications and AWS deploymentsAbility to solve complex problems in a fast‑paced environment and follow through to resolutionBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a health savings account401(k) with up to 6% matchingPaid vacation, sick days, and eight paid holidaysReferral bonusesProfessional development and trainingPromotion from withinReynolds and Reynolds is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
