Systems Engineer (Junior/ Mid-Level)

What We're Looking For

As a Systems Engineer (Junior/Mid-Level) at CyberPoint, you will support the design, integration and management of complex systems across mission-critical programs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are defined, implemented and aligned with operational needs.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do

• Supports systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration and testing
• Collaborate with software engineers, developers and stakeholders to ensure system alignment with mission objectives
• Assist in developing and maintaining system documentation and artifacts
• Participate in Agile processes and program execution activities
• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to track work and manage workflows
• Contribute to system-level problem solving and technical analysis

This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance.

Qualifications

What You'll Need

• US Citizenship

• Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline

• OR five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience in lieu of a degree

• 7+ years of systems engineering experience on medium-scale (20-100 personnel) or larger programs/contracts

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools

• Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, etc)

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience with SysML tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody
• INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
