Systems Engineer, LeadWe are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Shelby team!As our Systems Engineer you will develop electromechanical and hydromechanical actuation design solutions for commercial and defense related aircraft flight control and utility actuation applications. Establish and manage requirements database aspects for critical aircraft actuation systems that include DO-178 and DO-254 certified software and electronics and support the development process through all phases from proposals to certification completion. Develop system architectures for integrated actuation sub-systems, and generate associated schematics, diagrams and descriptions to support contracted programs and new business proposals. Develop subsystem simulation models of actuation equipment for prediction of performance. Generate documentation including subtier specifications, subsystem description documents, and design review and proposal material.Location: Shelby, NCSalary: $99,000 to $143,000Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in NC. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Experience with IBM DOORS requirements management software, and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
