\nBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking Systems Engineers to join the Air Dominance Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) in St. Louis, MO.
\n\n
The Systems Engineer applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. This will include managing the effort to develop software throughout all phases of the software development life-cycle (requirements, architecture, implementation, and verification). The systems engineer will apply systems engineering principles to a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) software environment. The ability to work in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines will be imperative to this role. The selected individual will work in a fast paced, innovative environment where excellent technical, organizational, leadership, written and verbal communications skills are essential.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Lead (Levels 3 or 4) Systems Engineers.

Position Responsibilities

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:
\n(Experienced, Level 3): $112,200 – $151,800
\n(Lead, Level 4): $136,850 – $185,150
