Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to support high‑visibility executive transport and military aviation programs in Oklahoma City, OK. This role focuses on systems verification, requirements analysis, test strategy development, and data analysis planning across multiple specialized aircraft platforms used for senior leadership transport, airborne surveillance, early warning, and strategic strike missions.The engineering environment includes modernization efforts such as advanced radar systems, hypersonic weapon integration, and next‑generation digital communication architectures. This position is 100% onsite . Candidates must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Development — Develop, decompose, and allocate system requirements.Functional Analysis — Conduct logical and functional decomposition to support system architecture.System Architecture — Support architecture synthesis and documentation for complex aircraft systems.Verification & Validation — Ensure verification testing meets success criteria; review test directives and test philosophy.Certification Support — Support FAA and military certification activities.Systems Analysis — Support TPMs, risk/issue/opportunity management, and SEIT metrics.Cross‑Functional Leadership — Participate in technical reviews, customer meetings, and working groups.SEIT Product Development — Produce architecture models, requirements databases, specifications, and reports.Customer Collaboration — Engage with customer organizations to ensure alignment.Mentorship — Coach team members on processes and deliverable quality.Travel — Periodic domestic travel to support customer and supplier engagements.MBSE Tools — Use tools such as MSOSA, CAMEO, Rhapsody, DOORS, 3DX, and TeamCenter.Preferred Domain Knowledge: Military radios, navigation systems, mission systems, networking, cabin systems, IFE, classified processing, avionics architectures, defensive systems, airworthiness, ARINC 429, MIL‑STD‑1553.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry .2+ years of related engineering experience.Experience with system architecture development and modeling tools (CAMEO/MSOSA, Rhapsody).Experience with requirements management tools (IBM DOORS).Experience in verification & validation of requirements.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of related engineering experience.Strong systems thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience with ICD development, logical architecture, requirements/specification development, and SSOW creation.Experience with risk/issue/opportunity management .Experience supporting SRR, PDR, CDR .Experience with systems integration & test (lab, ground, flight).Experience with FAA/EASA/Military airworthiness .INCOSE Certification .Compensation and Benefits Information:Salary Range: $130,000-140,000+ depending on experienceFull Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays#J-18808-Ljbffr
