Provide the government customer information technology (IT) services and technical expertise to support a thoughtful transition from team-level Scrum agile methodology to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Contractor will support both the operational transition and ongoing development activities, ensuring continuity of delivery while establishing SAFe practices, structures, and governance.
