JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer
LOCATION: Moorestown, NJ
PAY RATE: $26-96/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (11 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.

Summary: 

• Perform radar performance analysis, requirements allocation, and interface definition.

• Translate customer radar requirements into detailed software/system specifications.

• Develop high-fidelity models and simulations to evaluate system performance.

• Support system design, integration, and testing activities.

• Execute verification & validation (V&V) and support certification milestones.

• Contribute to agile systems engineering processes (scrum, sprint planning).

• Support development of algorithms, software, and data analysis for radar systems.

• Produce technical documentation and deliver clear presentations/briefings.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Systems engineering

  • Algorithm development

  • Software/system analysis

  • Requirements development

  • Verification & validation

  • Trade studies

  • Modeling & simulation

  • Integration & test

• Strong proficiency in:

  • C++ (or other object-oriented programming language)

  • MATLAB (analysis, modeling, test automation)

  • Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• Experience with tools such as DOORS, Git, and Confluence

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
