Job Title: Systems Engineer (multi-disciplinary) Location: Annapolis Junction , MD Required Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Salary: Commensurate with experience
Position Overview:
Seeking a versatile Systems Engineer to serve as a multi-disciplinary contributor, supporting engineering, analysis, metrics, reporting, and project management activities in a classified environment.
Responsibilities:
Support systems engineering and integration activities across multiple program areas.
Conduct technical analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Develop and maintain program metrics, schedules, and performance reports.
Coordinate project management tasks, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and timelines.
Prepare and deliver briefings, documentation, and progress updates to government and contractor stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain compliance with SAP security protocols.
Required Qualifications:
Polygraph within the past 5 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, analysis, or project management.
Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition, systems engineering processes, and program management tools.
PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
