Systems Engineer

Growing company is seeking a Systems Engineer (Business Technology)

As a Systems Engineer, you will be the architectural bridge between core business departments, executive leadership, and global technology teams. This role is designed for a technical professional who thrives on variety—equally adept at engineering high-level back-end systems as they are at providing white-glove, complex support for end-users.

You will serve as a primary technical lead, diagnosing infrastructure challenges and proactively identifying opportunities to automate workflows and streamline global operations.

What You’ll Do

• Infrastructure Engineering: Lead systems administration and strategic projects across a global SaaS stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jamf.
• Escalation Leadership: Act as the Tier 2 & 3 escalation point for complex technical issues affecting global employee productivity and corporate platforms.
• Identity & Access Management: Architect and troubleshoot user provisioning workflows and lifecycle management within enterprise Okta environments.
• Endpoint Management: Design, update, and maintain comprehensive mobile and computer device management policies using Jamf, Ivanti, or Workspace One.
• Global Onboarding: Direct the technical onboarding experience and ongoing support for users across multiple international offices.
• Automation & Optimization: Identify manual bottlenecks and implement automation solutions to improve system efficiency and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with international technology teams on portfolio-wide infrastructure projects and AV/Zoom Room configurations.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or enterprise support.
• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in macOS, Windows 10, iOS, and Android.
• SaaS Expertise: Hands-on administration experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Communication: Proven ability to translate highly technical concepts into actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence: Strong documentation skills (Jira/Confluence) and a detail-oriented approach to asset tracking and inventory management.
