Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering and five or more years of work-related experience or Master's degree in Engineering and three years of work-related experience
Demonstrated experience applying one or more systems engineering processes in the execution of projects, such as:
Stakeholder requirements definition (operational requirements / CONOPS)
Requirements analysis (development, decomposition, traceability)
System design (definition, analysis, development)
Integration
Test and evaluation
Experience creating one or more of the following:
Technical Data Packages (TDPs)
Product verification reports
Analysis of Alternatives (AoA-s)
Design trade studies
Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Direct experience with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, power meters, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience writing technical reports and briefings
Excellent written and verbal communication
Desired Skills
Degree in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer engineering
Experience with open architecture constructs like Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS), Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA)
Intermediate level of proficiency with one or more of the following:
radar electronics
hardware and software design
principles and operations of radar systems
analog/digital signal processing
modeling and simulation of physical systems
Proficiency in the one or more of the following toolsets:
Modeling Software: MATLAB, Simulink, Cameo Systems Modeler
Radar Signal and Data Processing Toolsets
C++, Python, or other object-oriented programming language
