Description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.
Active Secret Clearance Required.

• Organize and lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation while collaborating with the customer, subcontractors, and executive leadership
• Organize and lead lab activities including setup, configuration management, and testing
• Ensure Modeling, Hardware, and Software Interfaces utilize a scalable ontology
• Mentor several professionals with varying levels of experience
• Own the preparation, cost, and schedule of Design Reviews as well as Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
• Influence decision-makers with recommended courses of action across complex problems
• Review and document major changes in systems or processes to solve complex problems

Qualifications You Must Have
• Mastery in tooling to include CAMEO, Rhapsody, Microsoft products, or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.)
• Strong integration and test knowledge including digital twins, test procedures, test automation, test execution, and/or test reporting
• Practical experience across the full Systems Engineering V – from CONOPS development to Sustainment
• Knowledge of or application of Earned Value Management System
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of design professionals including electrical, mechanical, software, test, logistics and other system engineers
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree (masters) in related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET LEVEL security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience with Survivable Mobile Command Center architectures and operations
• Experience with systems support to software and hardware development
• Experience with system or application integration
• Experience with communication Radio and Systems: SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, or V/UHF
• Experience with computer networking for ground-based, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms
• Experience with and knowledge of scripting
