- Must have a current TS/SCI clearance
- Review and assess design and supporting analysis.
- Perform systems engineering and analysis of systems capabilities for integration into systems of systems architectures as well as design of testing and cyber certification activities.
- Evaluate design solutions and assess architecture analysis for Navy ISR / IO systems.
- Participate in technical reviews, recommending and implementing appropriate corrective action to resolve technical and non-technical issues, define external dependencies and system support requirements, and perform technical research, innovation, leading edge planning and assisting with the implementation of new tools and methods.
- Conduct independent investigations of system designs, attend program meetings and provide briefings, meting reports, lessons learned and after-action reports, identify and evaluate any potential weakness, and develop action plans to resolve current or future gaps in capabilities.
- Understanding of PEO C4I / NAVWAR organization structure, programs of records and mission focus.
- Familiarity with PoR, DOD, U.S. Navy acquisition documents.
- Prior Military experience with Navy IO/ISR systems highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Math and five (5) years or more experience OR Masters and two (2) years or more experience OR Applicable experience in lieu of advanced education.
