Job Title: Systems Engineer (SE2/SE3) – HAIPE & Secure Networks Location: Annapolis Junction , MD Required Clearance: TS/SCI with FullScope Polygraph Salary: Commensurate with experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Systems Engineer (SE2/SE3) with direct experience supporting High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) devices and secure DoD network environments. This role involves engineering support across the full system lifecycle, including architecture, integration, testing, and certification activities.
Responsibilities:
Operate, configure, key, test, and maintain HAIPE devices.
Support secure network design and integration for DoD systems.
Apply systems engineering practices to requirements, design, and testing.
Contribute to technical documentation and system architecture using DoDAF.
Assist with High Assurance Certification and secure communications compliance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-focused solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3–7 years of systems engineering experience, including DoD program support.
Hands-on experience with HAIPE devices.
Familiarity with DoDAF and secure network operations.
Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred:
Experience with High Assurance Certification (e.g., NSA Type 1, CSfC).
