Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Development Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable systems and software solutions that support business operations and technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong software development skills, experience with system architecture, and the ability to collaborate across teams to improve performance, reliability, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications, tools, and system integrations.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure and automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex system, application, and performance issues.
• Develop scripts and tools to streamline operational processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Monitor system health and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and applications.
• Support cloud-based and on-premises environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and system administration concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
