Within LM Space, the Mission Processing portfolio is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the ARGUS TO2 program area as a Systems Engineer. This exciting position will report into the Systems Integration & Engineering (SI&E) Talent Center within the Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization and will fill a critical need in a new and emerging area of an important mission. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity during your time on the program to work on Systems Engineer tasks across a broad portion of the Systems Engineer "V" from requirements and design to verification and everything in between including CONOPS development, interface definition, integration and test, analysis, and planning. You will collaborate with the development teams, other contractors, customers, and other subject matter experts. You will work closely with your team''s Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Chief Engineer to support customer demos and various other milestone events.

This position provides the opportunity to be a part of the entire engineering life-cycle, where the candidate will be able to apply their Systems Engineering background at the lowest level all the way up through full system functionality. Selected candidate must have a TS/SCI security clearance prior to start or the ability and willingness to attain one.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Systems Engineering concepts with significant knowledge in at least 2 or more of the following:

• Requirements management

• Test and verification

• Interface definition

• Architecture design

• CONOPS development

• Experience producing quality technical documentation (e.g. procedures, test documentation, training materials, design documentation)

• US Citizenship is required

Desired Skills

• Experience with requirements verification, feature test, and/or unit test
• Experience working on an Agile scrum team
• Experience with automated test
• Experience with Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Experience with Cloud technologies and/or Software Factory
• Experience with signal processing
• Full development lifecycle experience
• Outstanding teamwork and communications skills
• Experience with LM's Horizon and Compass products
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
