Systems Engineer – Subject Matter Expert

Location: Chantilly, VA (On-Site)
Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Evans & Chambers Technology seeks a Systems Engineer SME supporting ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• System build-out, maintenance, monitoring
• Requirements decomposition and allocation
• Functional and cost analysis
• Systems integration and lifecycle support
• ATO/Accreditation support
• Security scanning, POAM tracking, RMF/NIST compliance
• Tier 3/4 support
• Monthly release management (occasional evening support required)
  

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• AWS cloud experience
• SQL proficiency
• Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
• Terraform or CloudFormation
• DevSecOps experience
• Linux administration
• Accreditation processes (RMF, Xacta, GreenLight)
  

Desired Qualifications

• IdAM/ICAM delivery experience
• LDAP
• Security or CISSP
• AWS Certification
