Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Systems Engineer in support of Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for Tactical Information Systems (PEO-TIS).
PEO-TIS provides SOF with advanced, mission-ready capabilities as technical experts in ISR, tactical communications, and specialized collection and exploitation systems. Across its portfolio, PEO-TIS integrates and fields resilient sensors, biometrics, and forensic exploitation tools, remote and space-enabled capabilities, and secure communications that improve situational awareness, targeting, and over-the-horizon connectivity. The organization drives testing, training, and operational assessments to rapidly transition proven technologies into deployable capabilities that support SOF operations in contested environments.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibilityCertifications:Education: BS in a technical field of study (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, or other technical degrees) from an accredited college or university Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in a Test Engineer, Test Manager, Systems Engineer, or relevant technical role in support of DoD Acquisition programs, including:
7+ years of DoD experience in any of the following areas:
Military Systems
Communication Systems
Sensor Systems
Knowledge of Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) practices, principles, and techniques
Knowledge of DoD Operational Test & Evaluation(OT&E) processes, policies, and directives
Knowledge of system, technology maturity, system design trades, production, manufacturing, operations, and sustainment concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:Education: Master''s degree in a technical field of study (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, or other technical degrees) from an accredited college or universityYears of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience in a Test Engineer, Test Manager, Systems Engineer, or relevant technical role in support of DoD Acquisition programs
