We are seeking a Systems Engineer (Windows) with deep expertise in Windows Administration, vulnerability management, and server infrastructure to support critical enterprise systems. This position plays a key role in patch management, security remediation, and cross-functional infrastructure initiatives across a global technology environment.

Description
* Lead the management and coordination of Windows server patching across physical and virtual environments
* Identify, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities using industry-leading tools and best practices
* Administer and support MECM/SCCM application packaging, deployment, and testing processes
* Develop and implement Active Directory Group Policies to strengthen server security and compliance
* Monitor vulnerability reporting across Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware hosts, appliances, and virtual machines
* Perform detailed analysis of security and operational data from Qualys and Splunk platforms
* Collaborate with local and global IT teams on infrastructure, security, and remediation projects
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to vulnerability management and operational processes
Profile
* 5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration
* Strong expertise with MECM/SCCM, Qualys, and Splunk
* Experience administering Linux environments, preferably RHEL
* Hands-on knowledge of VMware infrastructure and virtualization technologies
* Understanding of networking fundamentals, scripting/automation, and security remediation
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Degree or equivalent professional experience
* Certifications such as ITIL, MCITP, VCP, or Red Hat certifications are a plus
* Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York
* Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
