Systems Integration Assembler, Final Build — Florence, KY

Join our Florence, KY manufacturing team and help turn components into finished, shipment-ready systems. You’ll combine precision assembly, disciplined inventory practices, and unwavering safety to keep production moving and deliveries on time.

Where and when you’ll work

Location: Florence, KY

• 12-hour Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Rotating schedule structure:
• Week 1: 3 days on, 4 days off
• Week 2: 4 days on, 3 days off (automatic 8 hours of overtime)

Core responsibilities

• Execute assembly tasks from verbal/written work instructions and visual diagrams
• Complete box-build integration using hand tools, torque drivers, and required hardware
• Pull and scan components from bins, flow racks, and Kanban points
• Inspect incoming materials and maintain FIFO inventory discipline
• Sustain a clean, organized workcell aligned to 5S
• Assist with inventory counts and material movement
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Handle additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficient at reading instructions and interpreting visual aids/diagrams
• Skilled with hand tools; comfortable working with small parts
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to stand for extended periods in a production setting
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to quality standards

Preferred experience and proficiencies

• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly
• PLC wiring experience
• Mechanical assembly capabilities
• Equipment installation and wiring
