Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate with experience designing, integrating, and validating vehicle electrical systems to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance.
Rate Range: $34/Hour to $36/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Systems Integration Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Design and develop vehicle electrical system schematics and integration solutions.
Perform ECU software flashing, configuration, diagnostics, and functional validation testing.
Support electrical device transmittal processes, compatibility reviews, and interface validation.
Develop and maintain system FMEAs, DVPs, and validation plans for vehicle programs.
Troubleshoot electrical system issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve failures.
Provide technical support during prototype builds, pre-production activities, and plant launches.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience in electrical systems integration, vehicle electrical architecture, or systems engineering.
Strong experience in electrical schematic design, ECU integration, CAN networks, and vehicle electrical systems.
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, system validation, software flashing, diagnostics, and cross-functional systems engineering activities.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
