We are seeking highly skilled Systems Integration Engineers to support the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC). This role supports mission-critical Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems that provide real-time air and maritime surveillance, intelligence sharing, and operational decision support across the United States and international partner locations. Systems Integration Engineers play a key role in the engineering, integration, enhancement, testing, and sustainment of AMOC's surveillance, ISR, telecommunications, and data systems, including AMOSS, ISR Systems, and related ancillary platforms. Responsibilities Systems Engineering & Integration Engineer, integrate, test, and deploy new and existing C4I systems, sensors, and data feeds supporting AMOSS and ISR Systems Analyze system requirements and design solutions to enhance air and maritime surveillance capabilities Integrate radar, ADS-B, flight plan data, satellite communications, GPS tracking, and tactical data links into a unified operational picture Support installation, reconfiguration, relocation, and expansion of mission systems at AMOC, CAMOC, COOP, and offsite locations Software & Interface Support Support development, modification, and maintenance of AMOSS software and interfaces Assist with integration of new sensors and air/maritime movement data sources Participate in debugging, system optimization, and performance tuning Support Web-based AMOSS capabilities and user interface enhancements Testing & Deployment Develop and execute Installation Plans, Systems Acceptance Test Plans, and Software Version Description Documents Conduct system testing to ensure operational readiness and compliance with DHS/CBP security requirements Validate systems before connection to the operational baseline to mitigate mission risk Operations & Maintenance Support Provide tier-two troubleshooting and remediation for complex system and integration issues Support 24/7 mission operations, including surge and time-sensitive events Participate in failure analysis, impact assessments, and corrective action planning Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate system diagrams, "as-built" drawings, and technical documentation Support configuration management and Change Request (CR) processes Ensure solutions align with DHS, CBP, and Federal Enterprise Architecture standards Collaboration & Stakeholder Support Work closely with Government engineers, operators, and third-party vendors Support coordination with other government agencies, including the FAA Participate in technical interchange meetings and program reviews Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field Experience 5+ years of experience in systems integration, engineering, or C4I environments Experience integrating complex hardware, software, network, and sensor-based systems Familiarity with surveillance, ISR, telecommunications, or mission-critical operational systems Experience with AMOSS, ISR systems, radar tracking, or air/maritime surveillance platforms Programming or scripting experience (e.g., C, C++, JavaScript, or similar) Experience supporting DHS, DoD, or other federal mission systems Knowledge of Agile development and system lifecycle processes Familiarity with satellite communications, KU-band systems, or NOC operations Technical Skills
