Summary: 

• Develop and maintain test solutions for system and subsystem integration, including functional and technical specifications.

• Review requirements for testability and create comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.

• Conduct subsystem/system testing and integration regression testing, document results, and prepare evaluation reports.

• Analyze test results, troubleshoot problems, and validate system performance.

• Write discrepancy reports and coordinate testing activities with programs and cross-functional teams.

• Mentor and lead teams to achieve milestone completion.

• Synthesize contractual requirements into technical, schedule, and cost-effective test solutions.

Requirements:

• Interim clearance process must begin at offer stage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years using Microsoft Office for status reports, project plans, and work instructions.

• 5+ years writing, editing, and supporting software using LabVIEW.

• 3+ years writing, editing, and supporting software using Test Stand.

• 3+ years analyzing and resolving technical problems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team collaboration.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
