  • Development, review & delivery of the Integrated Communication System (ICS) shore-based (Land Based Test Site (LBTS)/ Land Based Test Facility (LBTF)) Test and Trials (T&T).
  • Development, review and delivery of the ICS shipboard T&T.
  • Creation of the Integrated Test, Evaluation & Acceptance Plan, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), Test Plans, and Test Procedures
  • Support planning and the execution of the ICS First Article Acceptance Testing (FAAT)
  • Act as liaison between the Lockheed Martin Canada inc. (Lockheed Martin) IT&E team and vendor/partner organizations to maintain program priorities
  • Support the identification and resolution of issues so as to minimize risk to the test schedule
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to effectively manage and coordinate ICS build dates and build testing.

  • Bachelor's degree\diploma from an accredited institution in an engineering discipline and 2 years' experience, or a master's degree in an engineering discipline
  • Experience with naval or defence communication systems
  • Experience working within a team of diverse skillsets
  • Must have an aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
  • Must have a high degree of initiative and autonomy
  • Must be able to obtain North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret security clearance.
  • Direct Communication Systems experience
  • Trials writing experience
  • Experience with combat systems in the naval domain
  • Experience with IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity with Hardware/Software development and test
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Windchill an asset
  • Active NATO Secret security clearance.
