You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.

What You Will Be Doing
As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:
* Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
* Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
* Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
* Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
* Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
* Leading the Lab Operations to ensure compliance, 6S and regular audit/inspections
* Working closely with the Engineering Operations Directorate to synergize our working relationship

Required Skills
*Candidates must have at least 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
*Candidates must have at least 1+ years of system integration and/or test experience
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace) or Physics
*Candidates must have at least 2+ years of test planning, test execution, lab operations, and test analysis principle experience.
*Candidates must have at least 2+ years of developing test documentation such as test plans, procedures, and reports experience

Desired Skills
*MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
*Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T) working with Hardware Integration with a focus on sensor integration
*Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
*Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
*Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accurate and reliable test results
*Empowerment to drive mutually beneficial solutions when a clear answer is not readily visible
*Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and Development Verification Test (DVT)
*Experience with Environmental Qualification Testing
*Experience with EMI Testing
*Active SECRET (or higher) clearance
