Responsibilities:
  • Identify, collect, track, curate, maintain, and analyze static and dynamic data from multiple sources to support government decision-making.
  • Collect and maintain personnel data from various repositories and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Condition, normalize, visualize, and analyze data to support operational and strategic decision-making efforts.
  • Develop data analysis products and visualizations to support workforce planning activities, including analysis of available staff positions versus projected FTE requirements.
  • Support the client’s Zero-Base Review process by capturing, tracking, and analyzing staff position and workforce data.
  • Support the annual field selection process through the creation of spreadsheets, dashboards, and data tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design and enhance data tracking and reporting solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards and visual analytics products.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including formulas, functions, calculations, data merges, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
  • Maintain and manage data and documentation within SharePoint environments.
  • Analyze trends, metrics, and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure data consistency, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for workforce management and reporting initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate information flow between programs and organizational managers.
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards; solve hardware and software interface problems; define input/output parameters; and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Ability to provide a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic technical environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a field related to the position.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
  • Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and determine actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to system goals.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and senior-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and organizational boundaries.
