Position Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Engineer to support the development of advanced environmental intelligence, mission planning, and decision-support systems.


This role requires a unique blend of software engineering, systems architecture, and mechanical engineering expertise to design, integrate, and deploy complex solutions supporting defense, government, and critical infrastructure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications for real-time operational systems
• Architect and integrate system-of-systems solutions across cloud, embedded, and secure environments
• Develop advanced algorithms and analytical models for optimization, risk analysis, and predictive insights
• Perform systems engineering activities, including requirements development, architecture design, and system integration
• Design and analyze mechanical components and physical systems supporting sensors, embedded platforms, and field operations
• Develop 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Implement and maintain geospatial data services and visualization platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions
• Support prototyping, testing, and deployment in both lab and field environments
• Contribute to technical documentation, proposals, and research initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Strong programming experience in C#, .NET, Python, C++, and SQL 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis and system integration 
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geospatial technologies (GeoServer, GIS, PostGIS) 
• Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, or data fusion techniques
• Experience in defense, aerospace, environmental intelligence, or critical infrastructure systems
• Background in embedded systems or hardware-software integration
• Experience supporting government contracts or proposal development
