This role involves supporting the ongoing development of legacy Triage debug tools. The contractor will work through existing backlog items, fix stability and platform-specific issues, and implement incremental improvements.
Responsibilities include fixing parsing errors and OS failures, addressing Windows/Linux platform issues, enhancing SSD log parsing, maintaining build pipelines and nightly scripts, updating documentation, and completing low-risk backlog tasks such as UI consistency and output fixes.
Required skills are strong Python development, cross-platform debugging (Windows/Linux), experience with build and packaging tools like PyInstaller, and troubleshooting/documentation abilities.
Preferred skills include familiarity with SSD/firmware logs, regression automation, and experience in sustaining engineering workloads.
