Job Title: Systems Software Programmer Project Lead (10631 )
Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (High Possibility of Extension)
Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual
Consultant Location Requirement: Candidate must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident (No relocation allowed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and development of CAPSS system enhancements
  • Develop and integrate Adult Protective Services assessment tools
  • Build and maintain bi-directional interfaces with:
    • Department of Health and Human Services
    • Department of Education
    • Department of Mental Health
  • Support federal compliance initiatives (CCWIS, AFCARS, FFPSA, NAMRS reporting)
  • Perform application development using VB.NET, ASP.NET, and C# with SQL Server
  • Participate in system design, planning, and architecture decisions
  • Maintain and support existing applications and operations
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale .NET applications
  • 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server (data-driven applications)
  • 5+ years building Windows/Web-based applications using:
    • N-tier architecture
    • Scalable systems
    • Dynamic content
    • Complex security models

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Child Welfare or Human Services systems
  • Agile development experience
  • Experience with:
    • Performance testing
    • Security testing
    • Regression testing tools
  • Entity Framework 6
  • ASP.NET MVC 3+
