Job Title: Systems Software Programmer – Project Lead (12768)
Location: Columbia, SC 29210 Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week - this is subject to change to fully onsite with little to no notice.
Duration: 12 months
Extension: Possible

Location Requirement: The candidate must be a current South Carolina resident. Relocation candidates will not be considered. The position may change from hybrid to fully onsite with little or no notice.

Position Overview : The consultant will work on the Child and Adult Care Food Program—or CACFP—including the external and internal portals, Apps & Claims Module, and Compliance Module. Responsibilities will also include upgrading and migrating existing applications, developing visual interfaces and web services, and supporting other agency development projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain internal and external web applications using Microsoft technologies.
  • Support the CACFP Apps & Claims and Compliance modules.
  • Modernize and migrate existing application components.
  • Develop user interfaces, APIs, and WCF-based web services.
  • Perform application coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
  • Manage source code, application builds, and releases through Team Foundation Server.
  • Work closely with development teams, project staff, and business users.
  • Independently manage assignments with minimal supervision.
Required Skills
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience with:

Education
Bachelor's degree is required.
