Job Title: Systems Software Programmer – Project Lead (.NET / Angular) (10685)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Interview Process: 1 Round – Virtual
Work Requirements: Candidate must be a current South Carolina resident (No relocation)

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
  • Lead development of modular components and subsystems within large-scale systems
  • Work on UI, business logic, database design, and web services
  • Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define system specifications
  • Review and enhance existing system design and code for performance and scalability
  • Develop, test, and deploy applications across environments
  • Participate in integration testing and production deployment activities
  • Support source control, build management, and CI/CD processes
  • Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale applications using MS .NET architecture
  • 5+ years of experience developing data-driven applications using MS SQL Server
  • 5+ years of experience building web-based applications using N-tier architecture, scalable systems, and complex security models
  • 5+ years of experience with Angular (including version 19+)
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing software components and subsystems
  • Strong experience with:
    • C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC
    • Web Services / APIs
    • JavaScript, jQuery
    • Entity Framework
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Child Support Enforcement Systems or South Carolina New Hire systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience with performance, security, and regression testing tools
