Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Systems Support Analyst. This role focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting employees with hardware, software, and business application support.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and business applications
- Troubleshoot system, network, and user account issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Respond to support tickets and resolve technical requests
- Document issues, solutions, and system updates
- Assist with employee onboarding and device setup
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues
- Support user access management and password resets
- Collaborate with internal IT teams on system improvements
- Maintain accurate technical documentation
- Support technology projects and infrastructure initiatives
- Perform additional IT support duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, customer service, administration, or related roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
