At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary rangeis $22.72(Min) — $34.08hourly (Max), excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, andinternal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the rangeto support future salary growth.
As theHelp Desk Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external users who access Merrimack Health'sInformation Systems environment and its infrastructure. You must be able to assist in troubleshooting advanced level computer issues that may surface in a complex Health Care Enterprise environment. You will work directly with the end users, vendor support and internal IS resources to resolve OS, application and hardware related support issues and requests.
