We have an exciting opportunity for a System Test Analyst Supervisor (Second Shift) to join the GA-ASI Systems Integration Lab (SIL) team in Poway, CA. Under general supervision with minimal review, this position supports the SIL environments for multiple product lines. This role is both technical and supervisory, requiring hands-on involvement in troubleshooting and repair, while also ensuring tight coordination with cross-functional teams, especially with other SIL team members supporting avionics systems, software, payloads, sensors, data links, ground control stations, test equipment, and ground support equipment.
The ideal candidate will champion a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and interdepartmental synchronization to ensure high performance and reliability in a regulated aerospace environment. Collaborates with other engineering members to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for the technical appraisal of the tested systems. Consults on the analysis and development of test standards and procedures. Contributes to the development of systems quality testing, operating methods, and processes. This position involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and a minimum of five or more years of related experience. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Must have a comprehensive understanding of systems test concepts, theory, and operations and experience demonstrating those skills.

Prior experience working in a classified or ITAR-regulated environment is highly desirable.
The ability to work second shift hours from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM is required.
