Requisition Number: 28550Required Travel: 11 - 25%Employment Type: Full Time/Salaried/ExemptAnticipated Salary Range: $87,087.00-$123,000.00Security Clearance: SecretLevel of Experience: MidHIWho We Are HII-Mission Technologies seeks a Systems Test Engineer to support our work at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, New Mexico.What You Will Do Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems tests and evaluate results against specifications, requirements, and operational needs and acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraintsAnalyze, evaluate, and document test data and resultsAssess COTS and GOTS equipment specifications for use in operational environmentsPresent results to senior leaders for decisions to protect operational missions worldwideAttend meetings and conduct interviews to in develop studies and final reportsEnsure test adequacy by developing test methodologies, scenarios, and data collection plansAssist in the execution of test events and data collectionProduce test reports in accordance with established organizational standardsPerform technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluationsPrepare recommendations and participate in discussions to evaluate and determine the adequacy of designsAssist in producing and briefing study resultsWork independently and as part of a teamSupport other analysts as needed to consolidate test resultsLead a team or work as a data collector for another team when necessary to support a testIntegrate and organize these test results into complete and refined reportsWhat We Are Looking For 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's in related field, or 3 years of relevant experience with a master's in related field, or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years of relevant experienceActive Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCIStrong self‑motivation and self‑starter with the ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to review, produce, define, with the customer, the operational critical requirements, document, and then design a test that determines performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office software applicationsAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to work multiple projects, handle schedule changes and short suspense tasksExperience in RF, cellular, cyber, and networking technologies with a desire to learn new technologyPreferred: Bonus Points For … Special Operations background with previous experience conducting Combat EvaluationsDemonstrated ability to rapidly understand new technology, resolve complex problems, overcome human and technical obstaclesElectrical Engineering experienceDemonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Counter‑Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS), or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), including application in operational, research, or technical environmentsEOD, or CBRN experienceExperience working with multi‑level classified information systems in a secure office environmentNational Guard or Reserve Special Operations ForcesPhysical Requirements Capable of operating in office, industrial, shipboard, and field environments.
