Volt is immediately hiring aSystem Test Technicianfor a leading manufacturing company in PowayAs a System Test Technicianyou will Set up test equipment to conduct various tests on prototypes and production models. Test rework and troubleshoot standard products. Conduct environmental tests of prototypes or models in environmentslike water and laboratory Write technical reports and create charts graphs and schematics. Configure test equipment for operational and environmental tests. Evaluate performance and reliability of prototypes and models Conduct interdepartmental product testing. Identify and resolve problems efficiently. Meet productivity standards and complete work accurately.This is a full-time temp-to-hireopportunityThe ideal candidate will have Required Skills & Qualifications Requires an associate degree technical diploma military training or equivalent experience. Needs 2-5 years of related experience. Must know electronics principles and troubleshooting techniques. Experienced in testing electronic assemblies with tools like LCD meter multimeters oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzersetc. Proficient in MS Office Word Excel Outlook. Desirable to have ERPMRP system experience. The selected candidate will be required to provide proof of right to work in the United States. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals AttendancePunctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
