Our client is seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP Process Consultant with both cloud and on-prem experience to join their growing consulting practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned ERP professional who enjoys partnering with manufacturing organizations to improve business processes while leading successful ERP implementations.

This is not a production support or help desk position. The ideal candidate will work directly with manufacturing clients to analyze current business processes, design future-state solutions, configure Infor SyteLine (CSI), lead implementations, and drive user adoption across procurement, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations.

This is a 100% remote, direct hire opportunity with approximately 30% travel to client sites throughout the United States.
ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Consulting
  • Lead full-cycle Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP implementations, upgrades, and module deployments.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Configure Infor SyteLine to align with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Support project planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to recommend process improvements that leverage standard ERP functionality whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
Business Process Improvement
Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes across:
  • Procurement & Purchasing
  • Requisition-to-Purchase Order

Facilitate business process improvement workshops utilizing Lean Manufacturing, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Manufacturing & Shop Floor
  • Configure production planning and scheduling functionality.
  • Implement labor reporting and shop floor data collection.
  • Configure operation tracking and production visibility.
  • Improve workflow efficiency while reducing work-in-process inventory.
  • Support multi-site manufacturing environments.
Quality & Compliance
Configure and support quality management processes including:
  • Incoming Inspection
  • In-Process Inspection
  • Final Inspection
  • Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR)
  • Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Lot and Serial Traceability
  • Certificates of Conformance
  • Audit Readiness
  • Quality Documentation

Support manufacturers operating under quality standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Reporting & SQL
Develop and maintain operational reporting using:
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • T-SQL
  • SSRS
  • Crystal Reports
  • ERP Reporting Tools

Responsibilities include:
  • Writing SQL queries
  • Data validation
  • Troubleshooting data issues
  • KPI dashboards
  • Operational reporting
  • Exception reporting
  • Management reporting
Data Migration
  • Plan and execute ERP data migrations.
  • Map and validate legacy data.
  • Perform data cleansing and testing.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate system functionality prior to production deployment.
User Training & Change Management
  • Develop role-based training materials.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quick reference guides.
  • Support super-user development.
  • Drive ERP adoption across client organizations.
  • Provide post-go-live support and user coaching.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial/CSI).
  • Experience supporting multiple ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and business processes.
  • Experience configuring multiple SyteLine modules.
  • Strong understanding of:

  • Experience performing business process analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL skills.

  • Experience with data migration, testing, and ERP validation.
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and facilitate business process discussions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% to client locations throughout the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Infor Mongoose framework, IDOs, forms, events, and business logic.
  • Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Experience with multi-site manufacturing organizations.
  • Familiarity with quality standards including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Experience with ERP integrations and reporting automation.
